Projector Renting Guide

Lumens stands for brightness. The higher the Lumens figure the brighter the picture. Most projectors project the same size picture. Usually the screen size is between 1 meter and 10 meters. If you only want to project a screen size of one or two meters, for a presentation to 5 to about 10 or 15 people in an office then the 2200 lumens projector is probably all you need. If you need to project a brighter or larger image or brighter image to 30 to 60 people then you may want to consider a 3500 lumens for a more impressive picture. If you want to really impress or your audience is over 100 or more you will probably want to choose a 4000 lumens projector or more. All projectors and screens are for indoor use only. Projectors are affected by sunlight and perform best in darkened rooms. They can be easily connected to laptops, desktops, DVD players etc, and can show films in 4:3 and 16:9 options.

Projector hire is from before 09:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs. Weekend hire is from Friday after 15:00 hrs to Monday before 10:00 hrs.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery and collection charges, £20 each way within 10 miles, £30 each way within 30 miles, and £65 each way up to 100 miles. Rates quoted are for delivery and collection between 9am and 5pm weekdays only, delivery and collection within one hour of requested time. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to arrange insurance. Full replacement prices will be charged for damaged or unreturned equipment, packaging, accessories etc. All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Prices shown are exclusive of Vat at 17.5%.
